About the Role

What this job really is

The Production Manager oversees all active builds and crews. You own the master schedule, supplier relationships, labor capacity, and quality standards. This is a senior operations role for someone who has run multiple crews or a busy production board.

  • Strong logistics and people-management skills
  • Comfortable with production software
  • Reliable transportation
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
A Day in the Life

What a typical day looks like

  1. Review the master build calendar and balance crews against the week’s capacity
  2. Lock material orders and lead times with suppliers so nothing stalls
  3. Resolve scheduling conflicts and reassign labor where it’s needed most
  4. Spot-check quality and warranty standards across active jobs
  5. Coach project managers and crew leads through the day’s blockers
  6. Forecast next week’s production and staff to hit completion targets
