Recruiters keep the company growing. You’ll source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers — owning the funnel that builds our team.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities

  • Source candidates across job boards and referrals
  • Screen and rank applicants in our hiring pipeline
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Move candidates through stages and extend offers
  • Keep the recruiting pipeline full and clean

A Day in the Life

What a typical day looks like

  1. Review fresh applications and rank the strongest candidates
  2. Source new talent across job boards, referrals, and outreach
  3. Phone-screen promising applicants and book interviews
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers and keep candidates moving
  5. Extend offers and shepherd new hires toward day one
  6. Keep the pipeline clean so every open role has momentum
