SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS Messaging Terms apply to text-message communications between you and United Developers, LLC d/b/a UD Roofing ("United Developers," "we," "us"). They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile number and opting in on one of our forms, you consent to receive text messages from United Developers related to your request — primarily appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your inquiries. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

2. Consent & Eligibility

Opt-in is by checking the consent box and submitting your number on our website, or by texting us first.
Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and 18 or older.

3. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, a confirmation and a reminder around a scheduled appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also ask us to remove you by calling (240) 880-2108 or emailing office@udroofing.com; we will honor opt-out requests received by any reasonable means and will stop marketing texts within 10 business days.

6. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support may change without notice.

7. Privacy

Information collected through SMS is handled per our Privacy Policy. We use your number to communicate with you about your request and appointments; we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects changes. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
