This website is operated by United Developers ("UD Roofing"). By using it you agree to these terms. Content on this site is for general information about our services in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania and is not a binding offer.
Online estimates — including the instant satellite roof quote and any figures discussed with our chat or voice assistants — are preliminary, informational ranges. They are not contracts and not final pricing. Final scope and pricing come only from a written agreement after an on-site inspection. Our AI assistants work with our human team; they cannot bind United Developers to prices, claim outcomes, or schedules.
We document damage, assist with filing, and meet adjusters at your direction. Coverage decisions belong to your insurance carrier; we do not and cannot guarantee claim approval or specific payouts. We never advise filing a claim that is not legitimate.
Completed projects carry the manufacturer's material warranty (lifetime on registered GAF systems, per the manufacturer's terms) and our two-year workmanship warranty on labor. Warranty terms are stated in your project contract, which controls over this summary.
Financing is offered through third-party lending partners, subject to credit approval. United Developers is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Rates, terms, and availability are set by the lender and disclosed by them before you sign anything.
The $250 referral reward is paid after the referred project is completed and paid in full. The referred homeowner must be a new customer, and the referral must be recorded before or at the time their inspection is booked. We may modify or end the program prospectively at any time; earned rewards are honored.
RoofShield is a month-to-month maintenance membership, cancellable any time effective the next billing cycle. It is a maintenance service, not an insurance product or extended warranty.
When you submit a form, request an inspection, or apply for a job, you may opt in to be contacted by United Developers by phone call and text message at the number you provide — including by automated or autodialed technology and prerecorded messages — about your request, appointments, your project, and related offers. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us at (240) 880-2108 or office@udroofing.com. We keep a record of each consent — the exact disclosure shown, the date and time, and the technical details of the submission — as proof of opt-in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To serve you and measure our advertising, we collect the contact and property details you provide, along with information about how you reached us — the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign/click identifiers (for example Google or Meta ad click IDs and UTM tags). For consent records we also store the date, time, and basic technical details (such as IP address and browser) of your submission. We use this to respond to you, route your request, run our services, and understand which marketing works. We do not sell your personal information.
