For county, school and state work we read the solicitation for the licence, insurance, bonding and small-business requirements before we price it, and we tell you early if one of them rules us out.

Do you bid as a roofing subcontractor to general contractors?
Yes. We bid the roofing scope to general contractors on commercial and institutional projects in Maryland and Virginia, and we also bid roofing-only projects as the prime contractor.
What roof systems do you bid?
TPO, EPDM and PVC single-ply, modified bitumen and built-up, and standing seam metal, including tear-off, recover, tapered insulation and the roof edge metal and flashings in the roofing scope. We are Mule-Hide certified for TPO and EPDM.
Can you provide payment and performance bonds?
Where a contract requires bonds we arrange them with our surety for that specific project. Tell us the bonding requirement when you send the documents.
Where do you work?
Maryland and Northern Virginia. We hold MHIC #111971 in Maryland and Virginia DPOR Class A #2705183185. We do not work in Washington, DC.
Do you bid repair or maintenance contracts?
No. We bid roof replacement and re-roofing only.
