Some cookies are set by United Developers directly (first-party). Others are set by third parties we work with — for example analytics, advertising, mapping/satellite imagery, and our chat or voice assistant providers (third-party). Those third parties use the information they collect according to their own privacy and cookie policies.
"Session" cookies are deleted when you close your browser. "Persistent" cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. Retention varies by cookie and provider.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or remove cookies and notify you when one is set. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work properly. You can also opt out of certain advertising cookies through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and your device or browser ad-settings controls, and you can adjust analytics tracking via the provider's opt-out tools. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond, our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We will honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.
