Who permits the work
This is the one worth getting right: the City of Falls Church is an independent city with its own permit office, but a large number of “Falls Church” mailing addresses are actually in Fairfax County. Which side of that line you are on decides where your permit goes and who inspects the work. We confirm it before anything is filed.

structure, and a separate electrical permit for everything downstream of it, pulled by the licensed electrician on the job. We
