Who reviews what we publish
Most roofing sites publish advice signed by nobody. Ours is signed, by the two people who own the company and who are accountable for it — including the one whose personal Maryland registration the business runs on. If a page is wrong, there is a name on it.
Mohammad Khan
Co-owner, United Developers · MHIC #111971
Co-owner of United Developers, registered with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission under #111971.
Shaw Channa
Co-owner, United Developers
Co-owner of United Developers, responsible for estimating, scope and the insurance-claim side of the work.
How we decide who reviews what
It is not a rotation. Pages about the roof assembly itself — underlayment, flashing, valleys, decking, ventilation, code — are reviewed by the registered contractor. Pages about what a job costs, what an estimate line means, what an adjuster will pay and how a remodel is scoped are reviewed by the owner who does that work. Where a page sits decides who signs it.
What a review means here
It means the named owner read the page and stands behind it as how this company actually specifies and prices the work — not that he typed every word. We would rather say that plainly than print “written by” over a page assembled from a company standard.
