Appointment Setters (Inside Sales Reps) turn raw leads into booked inspections. This is the best on-ramp into a roofing sales career: master the phones, learn the product, and promote to a six-figure closer role. High-volume, script-driven, metrics-based.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities

Call new and aged leads within minutes (speed-to-lead)
Qualify homeowners and book free inspections into the shared calendar
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Log every disposition in the CRM
Hit daily dial, contact, and set targets

What You Bring

What we look for

Clear, confident phone presence
Comfortable with a high volume of calls (60-100/day)
Resilient and coachable
Basic computer/CRM literacy
Bilingual (Spanish) a strong plus in the DMV

A Day in the Life

What a typical day looks like

Warm up with the morning script review and the day’s lead list
Dial fresh storm leads within minutes of them coming in
Qualify homeowners, answer questions, and book free inspections into the shared calendar
Send confirmations and reminders to cut no-shows
Log every call outcome in the CRM and watch your set count climb
Hand booked appointments to the closers and hit your daily target
