What this job really is

CSRs keep customers happy and informed. You’ll handle inbound calls and messages, confirm appointments, schedule, and follow up after the job to capture reviews and referrals. The warm, organized voice of the company.

  • Request reviews and referrals after completion
  • Log everything in the CRM

A Day in the Life

What a typical day looks like

  1. Open the queue and answer overnight calls, texts, and emails
  2. Confirm the day’s appointments and schedule new ones
  3. Keep homeowners updated on where their project stands
  4. Follow up after completed jobs to capture 5-star reviews and referrals
  5. Log every interaction cleanly in the CRM
  6. Hand off anything urgent to the right teammate with a warm intro
